Video to Audio Extract Pro doesnt work

I just bought it for $2.99. Trying to email out you converted audio file or uploading to Dropbox will fail, no matter how many times I try.

And there is no proper contact info to convey this complaint other than this space. Mr. Santiago, if you see this msg, please contact me. I want my money back.
